In honor of the 50th anniversary of Stonewall, Spokane's LGBTQA+ community — through Spokane Queer Art Walk — and in partnership with Terrain, is looking to catalyze a community-wide showcase of queer artists during Pride month, June 2019.
Terrain will be participating in several ways including a month-long, juried, group show in our permanent gallery space located in the Washington Cracker Building (304 W. Pacific Ste. 190).
We are looking for an array of work including two dimensional, sculptural, installation, video, audio (artist must supply equipment), interactive, or experimental artworks.
Both completed artworks and proposals can be submitted. However, if submitting a proposal, please be as descriptive as possible, including any renderings you may have. This will help the jury better visualize your idea, and give you a greater chance of being accepted into the show.
So if you identify as queer, or somewhere on the rainbow spectrum, and are interested in participating in Terrain's gallery show, please submit below.
DEADLINE: Call ends Sunday, April 14th (11:59pm PST).
